Shipping
Orders are generally processed for shipping within a couple of days from the date of purchase; Once your order has dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. (Please note, this may take some time, so be sure to check your spam folder.)
Standard delivery time is about 10-14 business days, depending on your location. Some restrictions may apply.
If your delivery location cannot accommodate a freight delivery truck, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss alternative options.
Delivery Options:
Curbside Delivery - Free (Restrictions may apply)
Our shipper will unload the equipment as close to your home as safely possible. This could be the end of your driveway. If you live in an apartment/condo it may be in a parking lot near the entrance door. An appointment will be made to ensure you are available to receive your equipment.
If you live outside of our coverage area, additional carrier fees may be incurred. Please call our support team at 866-780-7653 for details.
Room of Choice Delivery ($200)
Your order will be transferred to a local Final Mile Carrier that will deliver the equipment to your room of choice. This service includes one flight of stairs and the box will be left unopened.
Room of Choice + Assembly ($350)
At the appointed delivery time, the Final Mile Carrier will deliver the machine into your room of choice, assemble, and remove all packaging. This service includes one flight of stairs.

Please note, if your preferred location has limited access or dimension restrictions that could pose a challenge to the delivery team, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss options.
Conditions and Restrictions
- Cancellation requests after the product has shipped will result in a return shipping cost of $250 & 10% restocking fees.
- Rural areas and locations/neighborhoods that are not easily accessible by freight trailer may have longer delivery timeframes and/or additional costs associated.
- To ensure that we can meet your expectations and provide you with the best possible service, we kindly request that if you reside in a rural or hard-to-service area, please reach out to us prior to making your purchase. This will allow us to discuss and confirm the specifics of delivery in your area.
- Delivery address changes or shipment reroutes after the order has shipped will incur reconsignment fees.
- Our shipper will contact you by phone/email to make an appointment for delivery.
- If they are unable to reach you, a final notice will be sent via email. Failure to respond will result in order cancellation. A refund, less the non-refundable shipping fees and any applicable reconsignment/restocking fees will be applied to the original form of payment.
- If a shipment is refused without first notifying SOLE, reconsignment and/or additional shipping fees will be included.
- Fitness mats ship via FedEx and typically arrive before your equipment does.
- We are unable to cancel FedEx orders once they’ve shipped. Please reach out to our Customer Service team for details.

We will do our best to accommodate your shipping requests. However, once a shipment has left our warehouse, we are unable to apply changes to your order or the delivery.
Please note, additional carrier fees may result for the following:
- Shipment Re-Delivery due to cancellation or missed appointment
- Delivery Address Change/Shipment Re-Route
- Extended Storage at Carrier Distribution Center for postponed deliveries
