"Fantastic Value and Great Customer Support

My wife and I bought our Sole Fitness F80 about three months ago and we love it! The machine is very well built and can take a pretty good beating. I weighed 245 when we first purchased it and so I was concerned about it's ability to handle my weight while jogging. I typically jog three miles at a 10 to 12 minute per mile pace, about four to five times a week. I am happy to say the machine held up to my weight without any issues and I'm even more happy to say I already dropped 10 pounds! So in a nutshell if you weigh a lot this machine can handle the weight."

"Could Use Some Improvement - Commerical 2450

Good treadmill for the cost. I love how you can visit many parts of the world and get a free tour. You have many options for your training, which is wonderful. I can run in Portugal one day or walk in Bolivia another. However, several components of the treadmill could be enhanced. For starters the manual is not well written; even if you look for information on-line; not user friendly. The pivoting of the screen is extremely tight and hard to move. I contacted Customer Service requesting assistance & they provided incorrect information on how to pivot the screen. It was by trial & error, that I was able to discover how to pivot the screen. The manual did not have any information on how to pivot the screen. The speed button the dashboard is a pain to control when you're running at full speed and need to drop down a notch or two. If you're under 5 feet (I'm 4'11), the fan will be blowing on your forehead constantly; even when you're up & close to the treadmill. So basically the fan is useless when you're short. Once you're done with your program, make sure you Hit "Finish" several times in order for it to register. I made the mistake to "tap" Finish and apparently it didn't take because the course I had just finished running the day before did not register as "Complete". I had to re-do my 1 hour of running of the same program. Ugh! Other than all these things, it's okay. My only request is that I wish I can choose where I want my trainer positioned; either running/walking next to me or behind me. Sometimes it's nice to see the scenery & not look at the trainer's back side. It does what I want when I can't run outdoor."
