About SOLE E95 Elliptical

Better than most gym ellipticals

I’ve had this for 4 months now and I use it 3-4 times per week. I am 6 feet tall, 225 pounds, but now have lost 15 pounds. My wife is 5 ft 2 inches, and it works great for both of us. The part I like most is the adjustable stride height (incline) and resistance (level). Most ellipticals at the gym don’t adjust stride height, which makes a huge difference. Increased stride height makes the workout significantly more intense.

About NordicTrack 14.9 Elliptical

Poor quality, not sturdy and unsupported warranty system

The machine was unsteady from the beginning. We paid to have the elliptical delivered and installed with the purchase. While on the phone with support we were asked to send a picture and that moment and picture was when the front wheel broke off. Support was still reluctant to service. After a few calls, they agreed to send a repair person on site. 7 weeks later and the machine is still a pile of parts in our garage waiting on a final solution.
